As soon as you have bought the programme you will be able to book your initial appointment with me and get your first online module into your inbox so you can make a quick start.
Calm Confident You starts with a 1.5 hour session by Skype, phone or in person during which we’ll explore the roots of your anxieties, build your solid foundation for calm, agree what we are going to focus on and book the next three appointments over the next 3 weeks.
After that you will usually make weekly appointments with me, but this is negotiable, depending on what is right for you.
The package will be individually tailored for you and is a powerful combination of 1:1 appointments with me and unlimited online, email support.
This way you can process the changes you make into your daily life effortlessly and have a record of your progress.

There is a 6 week limit because my experience shows that is the optimum time it takes for you to make lasting changes.
